Experience Cloud: Error in Automatic Topic Assignment settings

Описание
When an Experience Cloud site administrator configures automatic topic assignment in Content Management, the following error occurs if the site is inactive:
 
  • Either the CommunityId is invalid or you do not have appropriate permissions to access the community
 
This article explains the steps to resolve the error by activating the site. 
Решение
When an Experience Cloud site is inactive, if the site administrator selects a data category group under [Workspaces] | [Content Management] | [Topics] | [Automatic Topic Assignment], the following error message is displayed:
 
  • Either the CommunityId is invalid or you do not have appropriate permissions to access the community
 
To use this feature, the site must be activated.
 

Resolution Steps

 
Follow the steps below to activate the site.
 
  1. From the [Workspaces] of the target site, open [Administration].
  2. Navigate to the [Settings] tab.
  3. If the status shows [Inactive], click [Activate].

Before activating the site, it is recommended to confirm the impact on all relevant stakeholders.
