When a project in Tableau Cloud has the Lock permissions setting enabled, content items under that project (such as sub-projects, workbooks, and data sources) may not appear as Item Names in the Permissions Admin Insight data source.
The issue has been identified as a known issue Known Issue W-18749559 in which the “Permissions” data source does not include all content within projects that have been locked.
There is no effective workaround at this time. Our development team is working on a fix. Please subscribe to the known issue above for status updates and potential fixes in future releases.
