If you encounter the following error while attempting to create a Calculated Insight in your org, please refer to the Resolution section of this article for guidance on how to resolve the issue.

Error: “We couldn't create this Calculated Insight. Try again later.”

Ratkaisu

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

  1. Verify the SQL syntax used in the Calculated Insight and ensure that the table names match the exact casing defined in the Data Model.
  2. If the issue persists, recreate the Calculated Insight in your org using the corrected SQL syntax, ensuring it aligns with the case-sensitive DMOs.
  3. Check the status of the Calculated Insight to confirm that it has moved to a Success state.

If the issue continues even after applying the above steps, contact Salesforce Support for further assistance.
