Data 360: Unable to deploy Identity Resolution via Data Kit

Julkaisupäivä: Apr 14, 2026
Kuvaus

If you are unable to deploy Identity Resolution from one org to another using Data Kit or Change Sets, and the deployment fails with an internal error such as the one below, follow the steps outlined in the Resolution section of this article to address the issue:

Error:
"DataKit Job Failed due to Internal Error. Please reach out to support team with ID: 1147414553-477095 (66009412)"

This issue generally occurs when the Identity Resolution being deployed attempts to create a Bridge DMO in the target org with the same developer name, resulting in a metadata conflict.

Ratkaisu

Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue:

  1. Delete the custom DMO created from the target org.
  2. In the source org, specify a Ruleset ID for the Identity Resolution and re-add it to the Data Kit.
    • This ensures that the output DMOs include the Ruleset ID, preventing developer name conflicts with existing DMOs.
  3. Deploy the Data Kit to a non-default dataspace.
    • This ensures that the output DMOs include the dataspace name, avoiding conflicts with existing DMOs.

If the issue still persists after completing the above steps, create a support case with Salesforce for further assistance.
