The user encountered following error in the Field Service Mobile app when trying to invoke Data Capture flows from WorkSteps : "The flow isn't supported in the mobile app. Contact your Salesforce admin."
Cause: The ProcessType field inside the WorkStep object is not Visible and not accessible to the user profile.
Resolution Steps:
- Go to Setup > Object Manager > Search for WorkStep
- Go to Fields & Relationships tab
- Open "Process Type" field
- Click on "Set Field Level Security" button
- Make sure Visible is checked for the User Profile Or enable it for all Profiles.
- Go back to Process Type Field
- Now click on "View Field Accessibility" button
- In the dropbox, select Process Type
- Select the profile > You should see "hidden" next to it - Click on the hidden link
- Make sure "Visible" checkbox is checked and save
