Users may experience the following symptoms if the correct driver is not installed or configured properly:
A prompt stating, "To use this connector, you need to download and install the driver first."
Inability to utilise advanced authentication methods, such as AWS IAM credentials or Identity Provider (IdP) federation.
Tableau Desktop fully supports the Amazon Redshift ODBC 2.x driver on macOS. You can download the latest Redshift driver from the Amazon Redshift page.
