Getting Error "Invalid Request" Error When Configuring Transit Gateway in Anypoint Runtime Manager

Description
The user encountered an 'Invalid Request' error while configuring the Transit Gateway in Anypoint Runtime Manager. This issue prevented successful connectivity between MuleSoft Private Space and the user's AWS account.
Resolution
The error occurs because the MuleSoft AWS Account ID was not included in the AWS Resource Access Manager (RAM) Resource Share prior to submitting the Transit Gateway request in Anypoint Runtime Manager.

 

AWS RAM requires the MuleSoft-managed AWS Account ID to be explicitly added as a principal in the Resource Share. Without this, the Transit Gateway attachment request cannot be processed, resulting in the "Invalid Request" error.
