When running the command ">MuleSoft: Export Troubleshooting Information" from the VS Code Command Palette, nothing happens, no confirmation dialog appears and no zip file is generated.
To confirm this is the cause you should enable debug logging for the ACB Platform Extension from the settings and check the ACB extension logs (In Output panel, select Anypoint Code Builder Platform Extension logs) for an entry like:
{
"label": "Anypoint Code Builder – Platform Extension",
"level": "debug",
"message": "user cancelled troubleshooting command",
"time": "<timestamp>"
}
If this log entry is present immediately after running the command, notification suppression is the cause.
This occurs when the user has previously suppressed the notification triggered by this command using the "Don't show again" option. VS Code silences the notification at the platform level, preventing the command from completing. No error is shown to the user.
>MuleSoft: Export Troubleshooting Information again to validate that the confirmation dialog now appears.005318737
