Update Credit Card Info for your dataloader.io Subscription

If you need to change or update the credit card info tied to your paid dataloader.io subscription, such as when the old credit card expired and you need to set up a new one, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to your dataloader.io account.
  2. At the top right of the screen, click your account username button and select Settings.
  3. Select Subscription from the menu on the left to see your credit card information.
  4. Click the Update button and fill in the form.
  5. Click Update.
 
Lösung

When entering your Credit Card details, make sure to only include these mandatory fields:

  • Cardholder name
  • Credit Card number
  • Expiration date
  • CCV number
  • Email address

Leave all other fields blank (address, postal code, etc.).
