Life Sciences objects are not appearing in Adobe Sign managed package

You may encounter that Life Sciences (formerly known as Life Sciences Cloud) objects, except for the Research Study Candidate object, are not appearing in the Adobe Sign managed package's Agreement Template object selector. In certain scenarios, the user was unsure if the issue was related to permissions or the Adobe Sign package's compatibility with newer LSC objects.

Ratkaisu

Workaround:

1. Validate that the required Life Sciences packages, including the commercial admin package, are installed in the org.

2. Ensure that all necessary permission sets and permission set licenses (PSLs) for Life Sciences are assigned to the connected user.

3. If the issue persists, confirm with Adobe Sign whether their managed package supports the newer Life Sciences objects.
