Lösung

1. Update the formula field 'Direct Link to Job Signup page' to reference the correct domain URL.

2. Use Custom Labels to store the base URL of your public Salesforce Site and dynamically reference it in the formula field.

3. Consider using Custom Metadata Types or Hierarchy Custom Settings to store environment-specific Site domains for easier management during domain changes or sandbox migrations.

4. Ensure email templates pulling the formula field use the merge field dynamically instead of hardcoding the URL into the template's HTML.
