Unable to rename or translate the "New Ad Hoc Disbursement" button in Nonprofit

Description

In Agentforce Nonprofit (formerly Nonprofit Cloud), customers may encounter a limitation where the "New Ad Hoc Disbursement" button (RecordUnscheduledDisbursement) cannot be renamed or translated for non-English users. This can impact usability for users working in languages such as Hebrew.

This standard quick action cannot be cloned, renamed, or translated using the Translation Workbench.

 

Resolution

As a workaround, customers can create a custom quick action that invokes the underlying flow : Disburse Participant Benefits. This allows the use of a custom label, which can be defined in the desired language (for example, Hebrew), improving the user experience for non-English-speaking users.
