Content Distribution

Prerequisites

Before using Content Distribution, ensure the following:

• The file is uploaded to the system (e.g., Files or Content library)
• Content Delivery or public link sharing is enabled in your organization. This setting can be configured in Setup under Content Deliveries and Public Links.

How to Create a Content Distribution

1. Navigate to the file you want to share.
2. Click on the Share or Public Link option.
3. Go to section "Who can Access" and click on "Create Link" to generate a link to be shared externally
4. Configure the following settings:
   
   • Expiration date (optional)
   • Password protection (if available)
   • View/Download permissions
5. Save the distribution link.

Managing Content Distribution

• You can view all created distributions from the file’s related list.
• Edit or revoke access at any time.
