ITSM : User may encounter the error 'You don't have the required license to create the CI Type - [CI Type Name]' while creating / updating CI's

When creating a new CI (Configuration Item) or updating an existing one with CI Types such as Servers, Cloud Resources, or Network Devices, users may encounter the following errors:
  • "You don't have the required license to create the CI Type – [CI Type Name]"
  • "You don't have the required license to update the CI Type – [CI Type Name]"
솔루션

Creating or updating CIs of types such as Servers, Cloud Resources, or Network Devices requires the CMDB Enterprise SKU Add-On. This error applies exclusively to Enterprise Configuration Items (CIs).
Enterprise CIs encompass any configuration item that is not an end-user endpoint such as Servers, Cloud Resources, Application Services, and Network Devices and more.
