Description
Users are experiencing issues where Tableau Desktop and Tableau Cloud do not fully support custom domain URLs. Specifically, Tableau Desktop displays the base URL instead of the custom domain during sign-in, and published content initially opens using the base URL. Additionally, OAuth connections configured with custom domains fail due to URL mismatches.
Resolution

1. Use the 'Share' button in Tableau Cloud to generate and share content URLs using the custom domain.

2. Configure OAuth redirect URLs to use the custom domain to prevent mismatches when connecting to OAuth data sources.
