How to connect your Spiff org and Trailblazer ID

Description

These instructions may be needed if, in addition to Spiff you have another Salesforce org , or multiple Trailblazer ID's that you want to link to the Trailblazer ID that you use for Spiff. 

Some behaviors that you might be seeing are:

  • You are having trouble creating case for Spiff in Salesforce Help and Training.
  • You can't see a case that you have created in your My Cases menu.
  • You can't find your Spiff org ID in the Selected Orgs menu.
  • You do not see the correct Spiff Success Plan reflected.
Résolution
To resolve these types of issues, you will need to connect the email addresses and or orgs that you want associated with your Trailblazer ID. Make sure that you are logged into the help.salesforce.com portal.

To connect the email addresses for multiple Trailblazer ID's:
Use the instructions provided in the Trailblazer Account Merges article to merge or connect the two or more email addresses to your Trailblazer account. 
 
You should now be able to see cases created in each of your different Trailblazer accounts in one place.
 
To connect your Spiff org to your Trailblazer ID:
Use the instructions provided in the Connecting your Spiff Org article to merge or connect the two or more Spiff orgs to your Trailblazer account. 
 
Your should now see your Spiff org in the list of orgs and you should be able to select it when you create a case.
