Cannot Create or View Cases due to Error "Oops! We encountered an error..." in the Salesforce Help Portal

Description

When attempting to view or create cases in the Salesforce Help Portal, the following errors may occur:

"Oops! We encountered an error while attempting to load your Orgs. Please refresh or try again later."

"Something went wrong. Please refresh or try again later."

"Insufficient Privileges
You do not have the level of access necessary to perform the operation you requested. Please contact the owner of the record or your administrator if access is necessary. For more information, see [ Insufficient Privileges Errors.] linked to: https://help.salesforce.com/articleView?id=admin_insufficient_privileges_flowchart.htm"

As a result, organizations disappear or become inaccessible in the Salesforce Help Portal, and customers are blocked from creating new support cases or viewing existing cases.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, perform the following steps to refresh the organization records:

  1. Navigate to the Manage All Orgs page.
  2. Click the small Refresh button located in the top right corner of the organization list.
