Revenue Cloud Advanced: Error '0QLxxxxxxxxxxxxXXX: Is Order Product Locked: value not of required'

Description

This error occurs during the Quote-to-Order process or when the Pricing Procedure is triggered, due to the "IsItemLocked__std" context tag in the "SalesTransactionItem" node having an input mapping defined under "QuoteEntityMapping" in the active Context Definition.

Résolution

Perform the following steps in order to fix this issue:

 

  1. Navigate to Setup → Context Definitions
  2. Open the context definition extended from STC
  3. Click on Map Data
  4. Select Quote Entities Mapping
  5. From the dropdown, choose Edit Input Mapping
  6. On the left side, select salesTransactionItem
  7. Search for the IsItemLocked input mapping
  8. Click to edit it and remove the input mapping
