Object history related list throws an exception if a custom picklist field is being tracked on an object with an API name with 29+ characters or more

The History-related list for Health Cloud core objects generate errors when modifications are made to picklist field values, provided that history tracking is enabled for those fields.

This issue is specific to Health Cloud core objects, like Care Program Healthcare Provider, Healthcare Practitioner Facility, and Enrollment Eligibility Criteria. It does not affect objects that are part of the Health Cloud managed package.

Additionally, the issue is limited to fields of the picklist data type both standard and custom and does not impact fields of other data types.
