Bridge extract refreshes may remain stuck in a Sent to Bridge state when the Bridge client is unable to retrieve the required data source definition from Tableau Cloud.
This issue can occur even when the Bridge client appears connected and operational, and may be caused by insufficient permissions for the Bridge account to access the relevant Tableau Cloud content.
Bridge logs may show DATASOURCE_NOT_FOUND, HTTP 404 errors, or failures retrieving the data source by URI.
1)Verify that the Tableau Bridge account has the necessary permissions to access and view the relevant workbooks and published data sources in Tableau Cloud.
2)If permissions are insufficient, update the Bridge account permissions to ensure it has access to the required content.
3)You may also consider temporarily assigning the Bridge account a Site Administrator Creator role to help rule out permission-related issues.
The issue may be identified in Bridge logs(TabBridgeClientWorker_svc_*.log) with errors similar to:
