Marketing Cloud Personalization (MCP), formerly known as Interaction studio, uses its own authentication layer that is separate from Salesforce CRM (Core) authentication. There is no SSO bridge between Salesforce CRM and the Evergage domain. MCP has never authenticated with Salesforce CRM (Core) — being SSO-authenticated in Salesforce CRM does not grant access to the Evergage/MCP domain. SSO continuity does not span across all three products; Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and MCP/Personalization are separate authentication domains.
The Evergage URL is not meant to be accessed directly. The only supported way to access Marketing Cloud Personalization is by logging in through the Marketing Cloud (SFMC) instance.
There is no current workaround for this behavior. Users must access Marketing Cloud Personalization through the Marketing Cloud instance.
