Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) User Domain Retirement

Udgivelsesdato: Apr 30, 2026
Beskrivelse

Salesforce is ending support for User Domains in Marketing Cloud Engagement.

This pertains to organizations that use the Marketing Cloud Engagement (MCE) User Domains feature, specifically the From Address Management feature that allows you to verify From Addresses using Verification Emails whose domain does not match one of your Verified Domains. (see Verified Domain list below)

What does this change mean for me?

If your organization has created one or more User Domains since February 1, 2026 that do not contain a verified domain for your account, starting October 4, 2026 you will no longer have access to this feature. See the Verified Domain list below.

What action can I take?

In order to create new From Addresses, the domain that you use must be a Verified Domain that you have created in your account using one of the methods below:

Marketing Cloud Verified Domain options:

No action is needed for From Addresses that have already been created.

What happens if I don’t take action?

After October 4th, 2026 your account will no longer send verification emails if you enter a From Address that contains a domain that has not been verified. Instead you will receive an error message that a From Address must contain a verified domain.
