API Manager Alert Not Triggered even after the downstream/calling API encountered errors (HTTP 5xx)

The user reported that alerts configured in Anypoint API Manager did not trigger during a production patch-induced restart. During this restart, the downstream API experienced HTTP 5xx errors, but no alert was generated as expected.
解決策

1. Understand that alerts in MuleSoft Anypoint API Manager are evaluated based on aggregated data over a defined evaluation period (e.g., 5 minutes). Ensure that error conditions persist for the entire evaluation period to trigger an alert.

2. Review and adjust the alert configuration to better align with short-duration events. The alerts will only trigger if error persist more than the defined evaluation period.
