Account Name field is not visible in Influenced Opportunities related list

Description

Account Name in the Influenced Opportunities related list on campaign represents Partner Account Name.

When the org has at least one Partner Community License and Experience site(communities) are enabled for the Org, Partner Account is a standard field of Opportunity object which is available. When the Org does not have any Partner Community licenses the Partner Account on Opportunity does not exist, hence the Account Name field is not available for the Influenced Opportunities related list on Campaign Page Layouts.

Resolution

To view the Account Name field in the Influenced Opportunities related list on the Campaign page layout, the org must have at least one Partner Community license, and Experience Cloud (Communities) must be enabled.
