Field Service Mobile Android Related List Only Displays if Files are Uploaded

Description
Issue:
The 'Files' related list on the Work Order [or any Field Service Object] > Related tab behaves inconsistently between iOS and Android in the Salesforce Field Service Mobile app.

  • iOS (tablet + phone): 'Files' related list is always visible, even when 0 files exist (displays as "Files - (0)").
  • Android (phone): 'Files' related list only appears when files are already attached. When no files exist, the related list is missing entirely.


Resolution

This is currently an expected behavior of the Files Related List on Android devices and no active workaround is available.
