"File Upload" Connector Not Displayed When Creating a Data Stream in Data 360

When creating a new Data Stream in Data 360, the "File Upload" connector may not appear in the connector selection list. In certain environments such as Data 360 Sandbox, this connector is disabled by default to prevent unintended data ingestion. Activate the connector in Setup and confirm that its status is "Active" to make the File Upload feature available.

Solución
Activate the UploadedFiles connector in Setup to make the File Upload feature available for Data Streams.

  1. Click the gear icon in the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Setup | Data Cloud Setup.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Other Connectors.
  3. Click the dropdown icon (▼) to the right of UploadedFiles, then click Activate.
  4. Wait until the status changes to Active.
  5. Navigate to the Data Streams tab and click New.

"File Upload" now appears under Other Sources in the connector list and can be selected.
