The iOS Field Service Mobile app users are unable to send device logs from the iOS Field Service Mobile App using email apps like Outlook, Gmail and get the following error if iOS Mail app is not configured in the device:
"You must have email enabled on your device to use this feature."
Ensure that the iOS Mail app is configured as the default email client on the device to enable the 'Report an Issue' feature in the iOS Field Service Mobile App. The iOS Field Service Mobile app defaults to the iOS Mail app regardless of user settings
If the iOS Mail app can't be used due to security policies, provide timestamps, user details, and screen recordings of the issue to Salesforce Support for further investigation.
