In case you find that the calls are linked to the Wrong Opportunity, Account, or Lead. Here are some top reason for this mismatch.

A quick manual intervention can ensure that these users are not mapped in the future.

Resolution

The algorithm follows the following logic for mapping:

 

Poor data hygiene is the usual cause of incorrect account/opportunity mapping, although it can still happen in some cases. The support console allows users to review how a meeting was mapped.

Click Meetings → (Meeting Record) → Salesforce Entities:

 

Occasionally, Momentum will flag a conference room user or note taker as a participant. These users can be excluded manually to prevent future mapping.
