Information Settings - External Conversations Without Recording License

What happens incase the conversation took place outside of the licensed user’s organization and did NOT have the appropriate license to record?

First ensure the user has the appropriate settings for external recordings.

 

 

Resolution

Follow these steps:

  1. Go to AI License Settings

  2. Under Momentum Recorder Settings check the " Customer-Hosted Calls" button to enable call recording from Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Google Meet.
