The screenshot above shows an issue which occurs when a call cannot be posted to Salesforce because the required Salesforce object or recordId was not provided, or the configured explicit opt-out conditions prevented the sync.

As a result, the call summary and recording are not attached to a Salesforce record.

 

 

Resolution

Confirm that a recordID was not present or opt-out criteria were met.
