Markdown in response when using Invocable.Action.createCustomAction and Agent API

When an Agentforce agent is configured to return a response in Markdown format as shown below, calling the agent via Invocable.Action.createCustomAction and the Agent API will result in the Markdown formatting being stripped.

Решение
  • Publish the agent using the MIAW (Messaging for In-App and Web) feature.
  • Construct the Markdown formatting on the client-side application that calls Invocable.Action.createCustomAction and the Agent API.
