About Time Zones

The time specified depends on the time zone setting of the login user performing the operation.

About Extraction Targets and CSV File Display

Extraction Target

The search is performed on the "log recording date and time" recorded in the system within the specified period.

CSV File Display

The generated log file ( CSV file ) does not output the "log recording date and time" used as the search criteria. Instead, the "actual transmission date and time" when the email message was sent is displayed in GMT.

Internal Conversion

The entered date and time are automatically converted to GMT within the system when the search is executed, and then the query is run. Therefore, records that appear to be outside the specified time may be included in the CSV file, but these are extracted because the log recording date and time are within the specified range.
