Why did I receive the email message : "MISSING LABEL PropertyFile - val subjectFailedFatalErrorAWSConnectDisableUnlimitedAi not found in section ProvisioningStatusEmail" ?

  • Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect (Formerly know as Service Cloud Voice with Amazon Connect) 


To align with the standard salesforce security and resource-management policies, there have been a change initiated in the Summer 26' release to disable an unused background capability within the Amazon Connect instances for Salesforce Voice with Amazon Connect. This is a standard operational adjustment to maintain an efficient, lean architecture, and it has zero impact on your active systems or daily operations.

During the Sandbox Preview release , due to the absence of a required resource ( IAM role with the name : ConnectInstanceAttributeUpdateRole )  on your AWS account , the task initiated from Salesforce Side failed and caused the error email.

This change will be gracefully handled in the upcoming Summer 26 Sandbox and Production releases so you do not again encounter the error email.
