게시 일자: May 19, 2026
상세 설명

This article describes the behavior and key considerations for each status (Sendable Audience, Unsent, Delivered, and Failed) visible from View Details for each message on the Sends tab at the top of the MobilePush management screen. Use this information to check the status of push notification (alert) jobs and to review the target audience count for Inbox messages. For a full details of delivery results, please refer to the MobilePush Detailed Extract Report.

솔루션
This document describes each status available from View Details for each message on the Sends tab at the top of the MobilePush management screen.

Important:
All values displayed are counts of devices, not contact keys. For example, if a push notification is successfully sent to one contact with three devices, Sendable Audience and Delivered both show 3.

Status definitions for push notifications (alerts)

  • JOB ID: The management number for this delivery process. Support may request this value when you contact us about a delivery error.
  • SENDABLE AUDIENCE: The number of devices targeted for the notification. Devices that have opted out of notifications are not included.
  • UNSENT: The number of devices awaiting delivery. This value primarily reflects devices in a processing queue, such as when throttled sending is configured to distribute notifications gradually to reduce server load.
  • DELIVERED: The number of devices for which a delivery request was sent to Apple Push Notification service (APNs) or Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) and received an OK response.
  • FAILED: The number of targeted devices that could not be reached. This includes devices that returned an error from Apple or Google due to invalid address information, and devices that encountered a pre-send system error such as an AMPScript failure.

Note about Inbox message values

Inbox message delivery works differently from push notifications, so the meaning of each status differs from standard alert notifications.

  • SENDABLE AUDIENCE shows the number of devices in a state where they can download the message.
  • The FAILED count may increase, but this does not represent the number of devices that failed to download the message. In most cases, all devices counted in Sendable Audience can download the message. Because of this behavior, the actual download count for Inbox messages may exceed the Delivered count.

Note: The behavior described in this article reflects functionality at the time of writing and is subject to change without notice.
