Risoluzione
Q. Links (anchor links and standard links) do not work on the preview screen. How can I verify link behavior without publishing?
A. The preview feature in CloudPages is intended for design verification only. Interactive elements such as JavaScript and anchor links may not function correctly in preview mode. To verify link behavior, publish the page as a test. If publishing is not feasible, use a local HTML environment or a test website to confirm the behavior.

Q. Is there a way to restrict access to a published page so that only specific users can view it?
A. CloudPages does not provide built-in access control features such as IP address restrictions, authentication, or login requirements. Any published page is accessible to anyone who knows the URL. While it is possible to implement access restrictions using front-end JavaScript or third-party web services, these require custom implementations.

As a standard CloudPages feature, you can limit search engine exposure using the following settings:
  • Do not allow search engines to follow links on this page. (nofollow)
  • Do not allow search engines to view this page.(noindex)

Note: These are SEO-level settings only. They do not prevent access by users who know the direct URL or by crawlers that do not comply with robots.txt.

Q. Can I change the URL of a published CloudPage?
A. You cannot change the URL of a page while it is in a published state. To change the URL, unpublish the page, update the URL in the page's property settings, then republish. After changing the URL, a delay may occur before the new URL becomes active or the old URL becomes invalid due to network caching.

Q. I get a save error when trying to create a new CloudPage using the same URL (site key) as a previously deleted page. What causes this and how can I work around it?
A. Even after a page is deleted, the URL (site key) remains in the system. This causes a save error because the key is treated as a duplicate. If you plan to reuse the URL of a deleted page, change the URL (site key) to a different value in the property settings and save before deleting the page. If the page has already been deleted and the URL cannot be changed, assign a new unique URL (site key) instead.

Q. I have multiple CloudPages I no longer need. Is there a way to unpublish or delete multiple pages at once?
A. Marketing Cloud Engagement does not provide a bulk unpublish or bulk delete feature for CloudPages, either through the management UI or the API.

Q. Can I use external web libraries or tools (such as tag management systems or authentication services) in CloudPages?
A. CloudPages supports standard HTML and JavaScript, so using external web libraries and tools is not inherently restricted.

Note: Implementation guidance, sample code, and direct troubleshooting or debugging support for external tools are outside the scope of support cases. However, if the issue is isolated through troubleshooting and confirmed to originate from CloudPages' standard functionality or behavior — rather than the external tool — investigation and response from the CloudPages perspective is possible.

Q. Does Code Resource consume Super Messages?
A. No, it does not.
