Rule and Listener elements are not available in Classic Cadence Builder

Description

In the Classic Cadence Builder:

  • The Listener element is not available when Email Tracking is not enabled in the Sales Engagement settings.
  • The Rule element is not available when Define Custom Call Results are not enabled in the Sales Engagement settings.

 

Resolution

To add Listener element to Classic Cadence builder Enable 'Email Tracking' from Sales Engagement settings.

Setup -> Sales Engagement Setting -> Automate -> Cadence Settings -> Make sure 'Email tracking' is toggled ON.

 

To add Rule element to Classic Cadence builder Enable 'Call results' in Sales Engagement settings.

Setup -> Sales Engagement Setting -> Call -> Cadence Call settings -> Make sure 'Define Custom Call results' is toggled ON
