Agentforce : Migrate to an Employee Agent feature is not visible after license upgrade.

Description

Customers using Einstein for Sales/Service with an active Agentforce (Default) agent should migrate the agent before upgrading their SKU from Einstein to Agentforce.

Prior to the upgrade, customers should complete the required migration process to transition from the Agentforce (Default) agent to the Agentforce Employee Agent.

Failure to complete the migration before the SKU upgrade may result in:

  • The Agentforce (Default) agent becoming disabled or no longer visible in the org.
  • The agent appearing grayed out.
  • The "Migrate to an Employee Agent" feature no longer being available in Setup.
Résolution

Agentforce (Default) reached End of Sale (EOS) on June 17, 2025. As a result, A1E (Agentforce 1 Editions) and Agentforce Add-ons (Agentforce) licenses no longer include support for Agentforce (Default).

Customers currently using Einstein for Sales/Service with an active Agentforce (Default) agent must complete the required migration steps before upgrading their license from Einstein to Agentforce.
