What happens if a new user has the same username as an existing user in the Anypoint Platform organization while configuring the External Identity Provider?
Users who sign in through SSO are treated as new users in the system. If the new user has the same username as an existing user in the Anypoint Platform organization, both users will coexist independently under the organization. Users with the same username are managed separately from one another.
