Interaction Summary Displays Endless Loading Spinner in UI

Description

An issue was identified where the Interaction Summary component appeared in a UI area where it was not designed to be rendered. As a result, users observed an endlessly spinning loading indicator within the Interaction Summary box.

The Interaction Summary functionality itself is not applicable to this specific feature area. To address this, a configuration update was introduced to make the component optional, allowing the consuming feature team to disable rendering of the Interaction Summary in this UI.

Resolution

A work item was created to prevent the Interaction Summary component from rendering in this feature area.

Beginning with release version 262.7:

  • The Interaction Summary box will no longer appear in this UI.
  • The endlessly spinning loading indicator will be removed as part of this update.
  • The consuming feature area will use the newly added configuration flag to suppress rendering of the component where it is not supported.
