Marketing Cloud Engagement: Retrieving Push Send, Open, and Bounce Performance Data

Data pubblicazione: May 26, 2026
Descrizione

Data views for push notification performance (send count, open count, and bounce count) in the MobilePush channel are not currently available. Use the following three alternatives to review and export equivalent performance data: Push Message Summary Report, Push Message Detailed Report, and MobilePush Detail Extract Report (Automation Studio).

Risoluzione

Because data views for the Push channel do not exist in Marketing Cloud Engagement, retrieve data using the following alternatives.

Review the Push Message Summary Report

Use this report to view aggregated send, open, and bounce counts per message. It also supports scheduled recurring exports.

  1. Access Analytics Builder.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Open Push Message Summary Report.
  4. Specify the target message period and conditions, then review the results.

Review the Push Message Detailed Report

Use this report to review open and bounce performance at a more granular level than the per-message summary.

  1. Access Analytics Builder.
  2. Select Reports.
  3. Open Push Message Detailed Report.
  4. Select the target message, then review the detailed data.

Reference: Push Message Detail

Note: This feature is intended for quick checks such as test sends (e.g., delivery counts). For more detailed analysis, use the MobilePush Detail Extract Report described in the next section.

Export the MobilePush Detail Extract Report in Automation Studio

Use this method to export data in ZIP (.zip) format and leverage it for downstream processing, including imports into Data Extensions.

  1. Access Automation Studio.
  2. From the Activities tab, create a Data Extract activity.
  3. Select MobilePush Detail Extract as the extract type.
  4. Configure the target period and destination SFTP path.
  5. Save and either incorporate into an automation or run manually.

For detailed setup instructions, refer to the following documentation:
