After an administrator shares the Net Zero Analytics app in Analytics Studio, recipients cannot see the app or its dashboards. The app appears installed for the admin but is invisible or shows "Nothing to display. Looks like the app isn't installed yet" for other users. A related symptom is the recipe failure: "Field [AccountNameId] is not available. Verify that the field exists and that the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile has Read level access on the field."
Root cause: One or more of the following conditions are present: the affected users are missing the required CRM Analytics permission sets (CRM Analytics Plus User or CRM Analytics Plus Admin); the Net Zero Analytics-specific permission sets (Net Zero Analytics User or Net Zero Analytics Admin) are not assigned; the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile lacks Read field-level security on fields used by the app's recipes and dashboards; or the Net Zero Analytics app installation did not complete successfully.
Affected configuration:
Work through each cause in order until the app becomes visible.
This cause produces recipe errors such as: "Field [AccountNameId] is not available. Verify that the field exists and that the Analytics Cloud Integration User profile has Read level access on the field."
Confirm the fix: Log in as an affected user (Setup > Users > [Username] > Login), open Analytics Studio, and verify the Net Zero Analytics app and its dashboards (for example, Climate Action, Audit, What-If Analysis) load without the "Nothing to display" message or the AccountNameId field error.
