MuleSoft Direct is currently available in the following Salesforce Industry Clouds: Automotive Cloud, Communications Cloud, Employee Services, Energy and Utilities Cloud, Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud, Life Sciences Cloud, Loyalty Cloud, Manufacturing Cloud, and Media Cloud.

PSP Benefits Verification API and Generic FHIR System API — ownership clarification

These two APIs are not MuleSoft products developed or maintained by the MuleSoft product engineering team. They are Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions, specifically aligned with Health Cloud and Life Sciences Cloud, and are built on top of MuleSoft technology — including the Mule runtime and standard connectors.

Both APIs are published to MuleSoft Anypoint Exchange so that customers and partners can deploy and configure them as part of Salesforce industry implementations. While they use MuleSoft as the underlying integration platform, Salesforce owns the business use case and solution. Support and functional documentation for these APIs should be sourced from Salesforce Industry Cloud resources, not MuleSoft product documentation.

Availability of MuleSoft Direct does not change ownership or support responsibility for these APIs.
