The customer requested clarification about changed MuleSoft cloud maintenance timings for the US region. They wanted to know whether the new timing would apply to future maintenance windows or whether timings vary based on impacted services and products.
Resolution

I would like to inform you that MuleSoft has updated its scheduled maintenance windows as part of our Hyperforce strategy. These changes are designed to align maintenance activities with regional off-peak hours, helping to minimize the impact on customer business operations.

The updated maintenance windows became effective starting with the May 16 deployment cycle.

New Maintenance Window Schedules (PT):

Japan
Old Schedule (PT): Wednesday 10 am - 3 pm PT
New Schedule (PT): Wednesday 6am – 11am
Local Time: Wednesday 10 pm - Thursday 3 am (Japan)

Canada
Old Schedule (PT): Thursday 10 am - 3 pm PT
New Schedule (PT): Thursday 6pm – 11pm
Local Time: Thursday 6pm – 11pm (Pacific Time)

Europe
Old Schedule (PT): Friday 10 am - 3 pm PT
New Schedule (PT): Friday 1pm – 6pm
Local Time: Friday 10 pm - Saturday 3 am (CET)

US
Old Schedule (PT): Saturday 9 am - 2 pm PT
New Schedule (PT): Saturday 6pm – 11pm
Local Time: Saturday 6pm - 11 pm (Pacific Time)
