Description

A Salesforce connection error was observed in MuleSoft Vibes after an extended period of successful operation. The issue can occur when the configured AI model reaches its daily request allocation limit, preventing further AI-driven requests from being processed.

Resolution

Switch the configured AI model to an alternative model that does not have the same daily request limitation, such as GPT-4o-mini (Basic).

Please follow below steps:

  1. Navigate to Setup
  2. Open Einstein settings.
  3. Access AI Settings or Model Configuration.
  4. Review the currently configured AI model.
  5. Change the model from Claude Sonnet 4 to GPT-4o-mini (Basic).
  6. Save the configuration and validate functionality.


Validation

After updating the AI model configuration:

  • Re-run the affected MuleSoft Vibes operation.
  • Confirm that Salesforce connectivity and AI-assisted processing are functioning as expected.
  • Monitor for any recurring request-limit-related errors.
