tsm maintenance commands (such as backup, ziplogs, etc.) now throw an error if the specified filename contains Japanese characters. This syntax worked without any issues in v2024.2 and earlier.Error message example:
C:\Windows\system32\tsm maintenance backup -d -f バックアップ.tsbak
An error occurred on the server generating the backup.
See 'C:\ProgramData\Tableau\Tableau Server\data\tabsvc\logs\tabadmincontroller\tabadmincontroller_*.log' on Tableau Server nodes running the Administration Controller process for server log information.
Generate the file using an English name, and then rename it to the desired Japanese name using OS commands (either manually or via a script).
