"Looks like you don't have access" error when accessing Agentforce Studio Builder in Gov Cloud

Description

When system administrators in government cloud orgs attempt to access Agentforce Studio Builder, they will encounter the following error:

Looks like you don't have access. To get access to Agentforce Builder, you or your admin must turn on Einstein and Agentforce in Setup

Resolution

The new Agentforce Studio Builder app is currently not available in government cloud orgs.

The workaround is to use the Legacy Builder.
