If you are unable to find Slack in the Connected OAuth Apps section while attempting to install the Slack Connected App for Agentforce in Slack, follow the Resolution steps below to complete the setup.

-Install or upgrade the Slack Platform Connector package in Salesforce using the provided installation link, and confirm that the slack-platform-connector package appears under Installed Packages.

-In Slack, navigate to Tools & Settings → Manage Salesforce Organizations. Select Connect Salesforce Org, enter your Salesforce domain URL, disable Map user accounts automatically, and submit the connection request.
-In Salesforce Setup, search for Manage Slack Connection, then approve the pending request and accept the required terms.
-Return to Slack and go to Tools & Settings → Manage Salesforce Organizations. Refresh the page if needed. Your Salesforce org should display Connection status: Ready to activate. Click View Details, then Activate, and confirm in the pop-up.
-Next, add your Slack user in Salesforce by opening the Users tab, selecting Add individually, searching for your Slack username (marked “you”), and clicking Grant Access.
-Finally, in Slack, refresh your workspace, select Sign in to Salesforce from the left panel, then complete the login flow using your admin credentials and approve access.
