The Salesforce CPQ Quote Line Editor (QLE) relies on asynchronous communication with Heroku services when the editor is launched. High Assurance sessions are not supported for these interactions, which can result in errors when users attempt to access:
As a result, affected users may be unable to load or use these CPQ features successfully.
This behaviour is expected and is caused by the incompatibility between High Assurance sessions and the asynchronous Heroku calls required by the Salesforce CPQ Quote Line Editor.
