"Save & Email" Button Not Available for Community Plus Users in Salesforce CPQ

Description
A user with a Community Plus license can generate and preview a CPQ PDF but cannot see the Save & Email button. The issue was observed when comparing the experience between a Salesforce user and a portal user on the quote email flow.
Resolution

This behavior is working as designed.

Users assigned a Customer Community Plus license are unable to access the Save & Email functionality, and therefore the Save & Email button is not displayed in the community portal.
