Agentforce Sales - SDR Agent Email Signature Customization Instructions Apply Only In Agent Builder Preview And Not In Actual Inbox Emails

Description
When signature customization instructions are added to Lead Nurturing topic instructions, the Agent Builder preview shows the signature as expected. However, actual emails received in the inbox do not reflect these customizations.

This is the Signature format followed by the Lead Nurturing Agent :

To opt out of future emails, reply 'Opt out'.
 
Why this happens:
The Agent Builder preview is not integrated with the SDR Post-Processor pipeline. At runtime, the SDR post-processor independently handles signature generation and appends it to the email. Topic instructions for signature customization are not honored at runtime. 
Resolution
Signature customization via topic instructions is not supported for SDR agents. Signatures are controlled by the SDR post-processor pipeline.

Supported signature options:
 
Non "Send As Seller" :We have the static signature like 

[Agent Name]
[Agent Role]
[AI Disclaimer] <-- this is customization from guided confgi UI
[AI Opt out line] <-- this is customization from guided confgi UI

For SDR (configured as Send As Seller) : We use Lead owner's Lex signature and formatting set in LEX Signature UI is honored.

Not supported:
- Custom signature formatting (spacing, line breaks) 
- Custom signature text or structure

Workaround:
Use topic instructions to place custom content (urls / numbers / etc.) at the end of the email body. The post-processor will append the signature below it and the custom content will appear directly above the signature.
